This wine is produced in Cooperatives of small farmers who make a carefully vinication with the harvest of their vineyards. Red wines are obtained fermenting the grape must in contact with the skins during ten days maintaining a controlled temperature to obtain from the grapes all its qualities of aroma, flavour and colour.
